Resizing runs entirely in your browser. Your images are never uploaded.
Resize to any size, in your browser
Point-and-shoot resizing with none of the fuss. Drop in one image or a whole batch, choose how you want them sized, and download the results - or grab them all as a single zip. Everything happens on your device with the canvas API, so your photos never leave your browser.
Four ways to resize
- Fit inside a box keeps the aspect ratio and never upscales - the safe default for shrinking photos to a max width or height.
- Exact width & height hits precise dimensions. Lock the aspect ratio, or set both and choose to crop-to-fill, pad, or stretch.
- Percentage scales everything by the same factor.
- Crop to an aspect ratio cuts to any ratio - 1:1, 16:9, 4:5 - anchored where you choose, handy for thumbnails and social posts.
Sharp downscales
Big reductions are done in steps, halving the image repeatedly before the final draw, which avoids the jagged, aliased look a single hard resize gives you in most browsers.
Resizing or compressing?
This tool is about dimensions. If instead you need to hit a hard file size - like under 200 KB for an upload - use the Image Compressor, which searches for the best quality that fits your byte budget.
